The technical support helps ticketing platform.

Usage terms:

Free - basic technical support conditions

  • 8 hours/day, 5 days/week
  • GMT+1 working hours
  • response ASAP but not later than 24 hours
  • you may send messages and screen-shots
  • the help system will send you related email alerts when a response is received
  • you should close one ticket when solved.
  • Tickets will be available for 6 months or more until deleted.
  • Inappropriate messages will be generally ignored, however in such cases the user account may suffer from its behaviour.
